|WASHINGTON, DC - It’s National Small Business Week, and Congressman Brady took to the road to hear from small businesses, and their workers, about how the new tax law is impacting their lives. Brady released the following statement:
“America is back in a big way, and you don’t have to look any further than our own back yard for proof. Texas has always known what it takes for small businesses to succeed – and now it’s paired with a tax code built from the ground up to help small businesses. Thanks to that, Texas is seeing more and more announcements of new investments, new businesses, and new jobs across all industries.”
Russell Marine LLC – Channelview, TX
This Houston-based marine construction business, has already been able to purchase new equipment because of tax reform and expects to see record-setting revenue of about $90 million following new tax law.
